My role sits between the business problem and the finished product. I learn the process, define requirements, make product decisions, direct AI development tools, review the work, test realistic scenarios, protect the data, and manage the path to launch.
The technology matters, but the real job is making sure the right thing gets built and works for the people who depend on it.
