Why "Dunn Right" ?
I kept watching small business owners, friends, neighbours, people in the local chamber of commerce, get sold expensive AI "transformations" they couldn't use, or freeze up because every article online assumed they were a 25-person tech team.

The reality is most small businesses don't need a strategy. They need one specific thing done well: a faster way to reply to leads, a quote workflow that doesn't eat their evenings, a content system in their voice, or a couple of hours of training so the team isn't scared of AI.

So that's what I do. Practical AI training, consulting, and small custom solutions. Built around how your business actually runs, not how a sales deck thinks it should run.

Start small. Stay specific.
One workflow at a time. One real task. We don't do "transformations", we do useful things you'll still use a month from now.

No jargon, ever.
If I can't explain it to you in plain English, I shouldn't be selling it to you. Every session, every doc, every hand-off is in language that fits a busy week.

You should still own it.
I won't lock you into platforms you can't leave. We use tools you already pay for where possible, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Make/Zapier, so you stay in control.

Honest about limits.
If AI isn't the answer, I'll say so. Sometimes the right fix is a better form, a clearer email template, or just hiring a bookkeeper. That's fine.
